CASTROL ACRYLIC MOULD DRESSING

Acrylic Mould Dressing is a specially formulated calcium soap based grease blended with low refined mineral oil containing a lubricity additive. Dressing is primarily used as a release agent during the moulding of acrylic materials such as perspex, and is usually applied on the surface of the mould prior to vacuum forming or blow moulding.

Acrylic Mould Dressing as been successfully used in the manufacture of aircraft cockpit canopies.
